We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Solution Advisor Intern to support our sales team in lead management, customer communication, and day-to-day sales operations. Key Responsibilities
- Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Qualify leads from the company database and update customer information.
- Assist the sales team with lead follow-ups and appointment scheduling.
- Support in maintaining CRM records and sales reports.
- Help prepare sales-related documents and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer handling.
- Learn and understand the company's products and services to communicate effectively with customers.
- Perform other sales and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
