KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

01) Operate and program CNC milling, CNC turning, and laser cutting machines.
02) Set up tools, fixtures, and work offsets as per engineering drawings.
03) Perform tapping, reaming, drilling, and finishing operations with precision.Perform tapping, reaming, drilling, and finishing operations with precision.
04) Read and interpret mechanical drawings and GD&T.;
05) Conduct educational workshops and hands-on training projects.
06) Organize and lead 3D printing workshops covering design, slicing, and simulation processes.
07) Maintain machining quality, equipment calibration, and safety standards.
08) Document machining processes, tool paths, and training sessions.

Desired Skills

01) Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Mastercam,Powermill or equivalent).
02)



Hands-on experience with CNC milling, turning, and laser cutting operations.
03) understanding of material properties, machining parameters, and material strength.
04) Knowledge of 3D printing technology, materials, and post-processing.
05) Ability to teach 3D design and simulation workflows effectively.
06) Understanding of precision measurement tools (Vernier, micrometer, height gauge, etc.). 07) Robust communication and mentoring skills for student training.
