About Us:
Biofics Private Limited is a Surat-based company specializing in EPC solutions for Bio-CNG/CBG plants, biogas systems, and organic waste management, with operations spanning pan-India.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across our Bio-CNG/CBG project pipeline. The role involves market research, financial and operational analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination to help the organization scale its EPC and waste-management business efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare project feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI models for upcoming Bio-CNG/CBG plant proposals
- Support pricing, budgeting, and financial forecasting for ongoing and prospective EPC projects
- Gather and analyze operational data from plant sites to identify efficiency gaps and improvement opportunities
- Assist in preparing business proposals, tender documents, and client presentations




- Conduct competitor benchmarking and industry analysis within the renewable energy/waste management space
- Document business processes and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities
- Track project timelines, costs, and KPIs against targets and flag variances

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Robust proficiency in MS Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables); familiarity with Power BI/Tableau is a plus
- Good understanding of financial statements, project costing, and feasibility analysis
- Strong analytical, research, and report-writing skills
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional and senior stakeholders
- Prior exposure to renewable energy, biogas, or infrastructure projects is an added advantage
