We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to lead a small team and ensure exceptional customer engagement. This role requires strong expertise in jewellery sales and customer service, with the ability to handle escalations and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 5 – 6 sales executives
- Oversee daily customer interactions and guide the team for quality service
- Take ownership of complex or escalated customer queries
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support sales
- Train, mentor, and support team members
- Track customer feedback and suggest improvements
Job requirements:
- 5 – 10 years of experience in jewellery with a focus on sales and customer service
- Prior experience in team handling is required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-centric approach with strong conflict resolution ability
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools
