Marketing & HR Intern

Location: Mira Road, Mumbai
Duration: 6 Months Internship
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
- Support onboarding and HR documentation.
- Create social media posts using Canva.
- Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Promote company services and job openings.
- Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, and email.
- Assist in business development and client follow-ups.
- Handle candidate and client queries professionally.
- Maintain recruitment, marketing, and lead generation records.

Eligibility

- Freshers or pursuing/completed Graduation (Any Stream).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Canva, and social media.
- Willingness to learn HR, Recruitment, Marketing, and Business Development.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
