Duties Specific to the Position:

· Managerial Responsibilities

1. Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet company objectives.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

3. Aid in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.

4. Support the Sales Manager in preparing regular performance reports and presentations for senior management.

5. Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to support strategic decision-making.

6. Work closely with other departments, including operations, finance, and customer service, to support overall business objectives.

7. Contribute to maintaining and enhancing the company’s reputation for quality and reliability.

· Operational Responsibilities

1. Identify potential business opportunities and generate new leads within the freight forwarding market.

2. Address client inquiries,



issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.

3. Conduct regular follow-ups and review meetings with clients to assess service quality and identify opportunities for additional services.

4. Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.

5. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

6. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

7. Ensure a high level of customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues efficiently.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
