Job Summary

Masnotechno Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a reliable, responsible, and hardworking Office Boy to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate should be punctual, well-mannered, and able to maintain a clean and organized workplace while assisting staff with routine office tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office, workstations, pantry, and meeting rooms.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing of documents.
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office supplies as required.
- Assist with office errands, including bank visits, courier services, and local purchases.
- Monitor and replenish pantry items and office stationery.
- Help set up meeting rooms before and after meetings.
- Support administrative staff with day-to-day office tasks.




- Ensure office equipment and common areas are kept neat and organized.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (12th Pass preferred).
- Previous experience as an Office Boy or Office Assistant is an advantage.
- Basic reading and writing skills in Hindi; basic English understanding is preferred.
- Honest, disciplined, and trustworthy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to perform routine office duties.
- Punctual with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Working Hours

- Full-Time
- 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)

Salary

- 10,000-15000
