Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Accounting Executive with hands-on experience in ADP Payroll and exposure to Amazon DSP accounting. This role involves managing end-to-end accounting operations for U.S.-based clients while ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete accounting for Amazon DSP operations
- Process ADP payroll, including driver incentives, bonuses, and deductions
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial and performance reports
- Coordinate with clients to ensure accurate financial records
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and support tax-related tasks

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Mandatory: Practical experience with ADP Payroll
- Preferred: Experience in Amazon DSP accounting
- Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and accounting software




- Knowledge of U.S. payroll processes and GAAP standards
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
