We are a leading supplier of premium interior and building materials, specializing in windows, veneers, plywood, timber, and shower enclosures opening a new Experience Centre. We work closely with architects, interior designers, contractors, and homeowners to deliver quality solutions for residential and commercial projects.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Field Sales Executive to generate business by visiting ongoing construction sites, architects' offices, interior design firms, and contractor networks across the city. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying recent projects, understanding client requirements, and converting leads into sales for our range of products.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel across the city daily to scout ongoing/upcoming construction and interior projects
- Visit architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and site engineers to identify business opportunities
- Collect project details (site scope, material requirements, timelines, decision-makers)
- Promote and pitch company products — windows, veneers, plywood, timber, and shower enclosures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and dealers




- Follow up on leads and quotations to close sales
- Coordinate with the internal team for sampling, quotations, and order processing
- Maintain a daily report of site visits, leads generated, and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on competitor products and market trends

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory)
- Prior experience in field sales, preferably in building materials, plywood, interior products, or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel extensively within the city
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Word for daily reporting preferred
- Self-motivated with strong negotiation skills
- Local market knowledge and existing contacts with architects/contractors is a plus
