As we scale our team across content, production, and operations, we are looking for an Talent Acquisition Specialist (Creative Roles) who can help us hire the right people quickly and efficiently.

Role Overview

This role is focused on end-to-end recruitment.

You will be responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring the right talent across roles like editors, writers, designers, operations, and more.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and result-oriented, not someone who only relies on job portals.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing → screening → scheduling → coordination)
- Create accurate Job descriptions for new Job posts and post jobs across platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, etc.
- Explore new and creative hiring methods beyond traditional platforms
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess communication and fit
- Coordinate interviews with team leads and the founder




- Maintain candidate pipelines and follow-ups
- Ensure faster hiring turnaround with quality candidates

Must-Have Skills

- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Strong confidence while speaking with candidates
- Proactive mindset — ability to find candidates through multiple sources
- Good organizational and multitasking ability
- Basic understanding of recruitment process
- Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Gmail, LinkedIn

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
