Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive – B2B to drive sales of Apple enterprise devices and solutions. This role involves building strong corporate relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering customized IT solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients (Corporates, SMEs, Startups, Educational Institutions, Government)
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Sales & Revenue
- Promote and sell Apple devices and enterprise solutions
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals
Solution-Based Selling
- Understand client IT infrastructure and business requirements
- Recommend Apple enterprise solutions, deployment plans & MDM solutions
- Collaborate with pre-sales/technical teams for demos
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Handle client queries and post-sales coordination
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing & delivery
- Ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-ups
- Maintain CRM records
Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Identify recent business opportunities
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain sales documentation and MIS reports
- Ensure adherence to company policies
Qualifications
- Any Graduate (Business / Marketing / IT or related field)
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred
Experience
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in B2B Sales
- Knowledge/interest in IT hardware or enterprise mobility is a plus
