Job Summary:
The HR Manager is responsible for managing all human resources functions for the restaurant, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, interview, and hire restaurant staff.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Develop staff schedules in coordination with department managers.
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Organize employee training and development programs.
- Monitor employee performance and support performance appraisal processes.




- Promote employee engagement and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate employee benefits, rewards, and recognition programs.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR/payroll software.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
