We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Executive for the garments industry. The role involves handling customers, understanding their requirements, and introducing them to our various product categories to drive overall sales. This is a customer-facing role focused on relationship management and business generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and handle customer inquiries (calls, walk-ins, or meetings)
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable garment categories/products
- Introduce customers to multiple product categories to increase sales
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships for repeat business
- Provide complete assistance and support to customers during the buying process
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, etc.) for smooth operations
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality and customer-friendly approach
- Strong convincing and cross-selling ability
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferred)
- Interest or experience in garments / apparel industry
Eligibility
- Both gender preferred
- Graduate in any field (preferred)
- Prior experience in retail, garments, or customer handling is a plus

This is not a purely technical CRM Functional Consultant role. It is a customer-facing role focused on client handling, relationship management, and sales growth.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
