We are hiring Sr.Accounts Executive- Automobile Dealership

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities of the dealership.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts, journal entries, and ledgers.
- Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
- Reconcile OEM, customer, and vendor accounts.
- Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and support management with financial data.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Experience with Tally, SAP, or other ERP/accounting software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Location: Bhandup, Mumbai
- Experience: 3–6 Years (Automobile Dealership experience is mandatory)

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
