Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer – Packaging to lead the creative development and execution of packaging designs across multiple product categories. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in packaging design, brand identity, print production, and visual communication, with the ability to translate brand strategies into impactful and commercially successful packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative and visually compelling packaging designs aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end packaging design process, from concept development to final artwork and production.
- Create packaging concepts, layouts, illustrations, typography, graphics, and visual systems for new and existing products.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Product, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Prepare production-ready artwork, ensuring accuracy in dimensions, dielines, colors, typography, barcodes, regulatory information, and print specifications.
- Work closely with printers, packaging vendors, and production teams to ensure quality and consistency during the printing process.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards.
- Conduct design research and stay updated on packaging trends, consumer preferences, materials, and printing technologies.
- Review and provide feedback on design concepts and artwork created by junior designers or external agencies.
- Maintain consistency across packaging portfolios and ensure adherence to brand identity guidelines.




- Support product launches, packaging refreshes, seasonal campaigns, and other creative initiatives.
- Present design concepts and creative rationale to internal stakeholders and management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of professional experience in graphic design, with strong hands-on experience in packaging design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Excellent understanding of packaging layouts, dielines, print processes, color management, and pre-press requirements.
- Robust knowledge of typography, composition, color theory, branding, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience working with different packaging formats and materials is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Robust attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a creative team.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Retail, or E-commerce packaging.
- Knowledge of sustainable packaging materials and eco-friendly design practices.
- Experience coordinating with packaging vendors, printers, and production houses.
- Experience in 3D packaging visualization or mockup tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹43,000.90 - ₹50,093.46 per month
