- Develop and execute offline marketing and business development strategies to increase patient footfall.
- Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, and healthcare partners.
- Generate corporate tie-ups for employee health check-ups and wellness programs.
- Plan and execute health camps, awareness programs, medical outreach activities, and community engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with local associations, apartments, schools, colleges, industries, and NGOs for healthcare programs.
- Promote hospital specialties and healthcare packages through field marketing activities.
- Work closely with consultants and hospital management to improve referral networks.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing agency for online campaigns and ensure quality lead generation.
- Monitor patient referrals, marketing activities, and campaign effectiveness through regular MIS reports.




- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain a positive brand image for BR Hospitals within the local community.
- Ensure all marketing activities adhere to healthcare ethics and hospital guidelines.

- Number of doctor visits per month.
- Current referral partnerships created.
