We are looking for a Guest Relation Executive / Floor Manager to ensure a warm and professional experience for all guests and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and assist guests arriving at the airport.
- Meet and greet guests in a skilled manner.
- Conduct office visits for current joiners and visiting guests.
- Ensure a warm, welcoming, and comfortable experience for all visitors.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Hospitality, or Customer Service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in spoken English.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-focused.
- Positive attitude with strong hospitality skills.
