About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team specializing in acoustic hearing solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling audiometers, hearing aids, and related hearing care equipment to hospitals, ENT specialists, audiologists, hearing clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell audiometers, hearing aids, and other acoustic hearing devices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with ENT doctors, audiologists, hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned territory.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Provide after-sales support and coordinate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM records.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Science,



Biomedical Engineering, Audiology, Business, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in medical device, healthcare equipment, or hearing aid sales. Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid driving license is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of audiology products and hearing assessment equipment.
- Experience working with hospitals, ENT specialists, and audiology clinics.
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
