About the Role

Accross Ethnic Company is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Production Merchandiser to oversee the end-to-end production process for our Men's Ethnic Wear collection. The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors, production units, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely production, high-quality standards, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete production cycle from order confirmation to final dispatch.
- Coordinate with factories, vendors, fabric suppliers, and internal departments for seamless production.
- Follow up on fabric sourcing, trims, embroidery, printing, washing, finishing, and packing.
- Prepare and monitor Time & Action (T&A;) calendars to ensure timely order execution.
- Track daily production status and resolve production-related issues.
- Ensure garments meet company quality standards before dispatch.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams for smooth deliveries.
- Maintain production reports, order trackers, and merchandising documentation.
- Monitor production costs and delivery timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and manufacturing partners.

Required Skills





- Good knowledge of garment manufacturing and production merchandising.
- Experience in Men's Ethnic Wear such as Kurtas, Kurta Sets, Nehru Jackets, Sherwanis, Indo-Western Wear, Pathani Suits, and Waistcoats.
- Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, embroidery, printing, and finishing processes.
- Excellent vendor management and production follow-up skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and production planning.
- Ability to manage multiple production orders and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Fashion Technology, Textile Technology, Apparel Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 1 - 2 years of experience as a Production Merchandiser in the garment or ethnic wear industry.
- Prior experience in Men's Ethnic Wear production is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience handling large-volume production orders.
- Strong attention to quality, timelines, and production planning.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
