Position Responsibility summary:

➢ Face to face meeting and counselling with Patient

➢ Telephonic counseling post written Patient consent to the Patients where face to face counselling is not possible

➢ Capturing and reporting In the specified format within the agreed timeframe

➢ Also need to keep track of follow up visit.

Qualification & Skills:

➢ Science Graduate/DMLT/BSC-MLT/ Diploma in Dialysis technician

➢ Experience in Counselling 0-4 years

➢ Valuable communication in local language of respective city and English

➢ Good counselling and articulation skills

➢ Compassion and empathy skills required

➢ Good comprehension skills

➢ Should know areas of the city

➢ More patients onboarding through counselling skills

➢ Ready to travel Out stations as well as within the city

➢ Should have knowledge about Peritoneal dialysis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹33,000.00 per month
