Job Description

- You will be responsible for writing the knowledge center, feature articles, user guides, release notes, how-to guides, and illustrations

- Plan, organize, research, write, edit, review, publish and maintain help manuals

- Collaborate and work with the technical teams to obtain a deep understanding of software products and documentation requirements

- Write complex product information and process it into easy, polished, and value-added content for end-user guides, and help manuals

- Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for content restructure and improvement

- Should be able to write easy-to-follow and illustrative content that can be understood by clients with varying levels of technical knowledge





- Candidates will do a competitive study and research to find out the best way to illustrate the product's features

Skills Required

- Proven work experience in technical writing and software documentation to deliver high-quality, value-added content

- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into an easily understandable document

- Excellent written and communication skills in English

- Should be able to review, proofread and write flawless content

- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and Firebase will be preferred

- Check documentation to meet quality standards and requirements

- Check the copy for grammatical and other errors

- Manage technical reviews, and produce documents within schedule, with minimal or no supervision
