About the Role

We are looking for a Front Office Team Leader for our upcoming 30-keys property in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have a hospitality background, excellent guest-handling skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires a pleasant personality, professional communication, and the ability to create a warm and welcoming experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Welcome guests and assist them with inquiries, requests, and reservations
- Ensure smooth front desk operations and maintain guest records accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requirements
- Address guest concerns professionally and ensure prompt resolution
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception/front office area
- Handle calls, emails, and booking-related queries professionally
- Ensure a positive guest experience in line with company standards

Requirements





- Experienced candidates from the hospitality industry are welcome to apply
- Educational background in Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada are mandatory
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Passion for guest service and hospitality operations
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel operations preferred
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience required

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
