As the sales lead you would be responsible for sourcing fresh customers for the company’s distribution management systems and for the card business. The job involves meeting corporates in FMCG business, distributors and other critical channel partners and source business.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Work experience and educational background that a candidate should have when applying for position
- 4-5 years FMCG experience as a ‘Sales Manager’ for a territory
- Graduation is must, MBA is good to have

Additional skills or experience that would be considered favorable for a candidate who is applying for this position.
- Persuasion skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to converse in English, Hindi and Marathi/Tamil.
Working conditions:
- General Shift.
- Must be flexible to extend working hours when needed and to accommodate coordination with multi-location team
- Having a knowledge of the local language of the city of work is critical.
