Online Spanish Language Trainer

IRS Group is looking for qualified Online Spanish Language Trainers to join our growing language training team. We are seeking passionate educators who can deliver engaging, structured, and interactive online classes to students learning Spanish for higher education, career advancement, travel, or personal development.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct live online Spanish language classes for students at different proficiency levels.
- Teach reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills using a structured curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to support learning outcomes.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learners and small groups.
- Create an engaging and interactive online classroom experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Spanish (spoken, written, and reading).
- Recognised Spanish language certification (DELE, SIELE, or equivalent) or relevant academic qualification.




- Prior experience teaching Spanish is preferred.
- Positive communication skills in English.
- Comfortable conducting live online classes using digital teaching platforms.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional teaching setup.

Preferred

- Experience teaching Spanish as a foreign language.
- Familiarity with international language proficiency frameworks such as CEFR.
- Experience preparing students for Spanish language certification exams.
