We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our CaratLane Jewelry Store on Radhanpur Road. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships while upholding the brand’s premium standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewelry products
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Provide detailed product knowledge (gold, diamond, and gemstone jewelry)
- Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Handle billing, invoicing, and POS operations accurately
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Follow up with customers for feedback, repeat sales, and new arrivals
- Ensure proper stock handling and inventory management




- Adhere to company policies and maintain discipline in the store

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
- Prior experience in retail sales (jewelry or luxury retail preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with customer-centric approach
- Basic knowledge of computers and billing software
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting

Experience:

- 0–3 years of experience in retail sales (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)

Working Hours:

- As per showroom timings (including weekends and holidays)
- Weekly off as per roster
