Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, consultants, and clients.
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship.
- Check measurements and prepare work progress reports.
- Ensure safety procedures and site discipline are maintained.
- Track project progress and report delays or issues to management.
- Manage labour teams and site resources efficiently.
- Verify billing quantities and maintain site records.
- Coordinate material requirements and site logistics.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in villas, residential buildings, or apartment projects preferred.




- Knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle site work independently.

Preferred Skills

- Quality control and finishing supervision.
- Planning and scheduling of works.
- Problem-solving and team management.
- Knowledge of Kerala building practices and site procedures.
