- Experience: 3 to 7 years’ experience
- Qualification: Dip. Civil (or) B.Tech Civil Engineers

1. Quantity Survey
a. Maintain drawing register. Study construction drawings and take off quantities including BBS. Knowledge in IS:1200 method of measurements.
b. Prepare detailed rate analysis for civil items of work.
c. Preparation of client bills. Maintain bill supporting documents, JMR and certificates.
d. Preparation of month reports - Job cost report and Work in Progress statements.
e. Preparation of labour bills and reconciliation on weekly basis.
f. Certification of sub-contractor bills.
g. Maintenance of QS registers and reports.
2. Planning
a. Prepare project schedule and resource plan. Prepare catch up plans.
b. Prepare and submit daily progress report and daily labour report.
c. Prepare weekly look back and look ahead plans. Submit weekly progress report.
d. Raise RFI and submittals. Maintain Meeting minutes register. Maintain delay and hinderance register.
