Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Product Marketing and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.
- Experience with Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, and Brand Management.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and copywriting skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar marketing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in SaaS, IT Products, or Software Services will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute product marketing strategies to increase product adoption and revenue.
- Create and manage product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Plan and execute successful product launches and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Design, and Development teams to ensure successful product promotion.
- Create marketing collateral, product presentations, brochures, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to execute SEO, email marketing, social media, and paid marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
- Identify customer pain points and translate them into compelling marketing messages.
- Support lead generation initiatives and improve product visibility across digital platforms.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative marketing strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, customer engagement, and product growth.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, MBA (Marketing), or a related field.




- 2–5 years of experience in Product Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Experience in launching and marketing software or digital products is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AI-powered marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, etc.).
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
- Understanding of customer journey mapping and product lifecycle management.
