Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional wellness and relaxation treatments according to established standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work setting.
- Understand client preferences and provide personalized care.
- Ensure client comfort, privacy, and satisfaction at all times.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before and after each session.
- Build positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with team members to maintain smooth daily operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
- Previous experience in wellness, hospitality, customer service, or related fields is an advantage.
