The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, consumer behavior, market trends, and storytelling, with the ability to create a brand that stands out in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy.
- Define and maintain the brand's positioning, identity, and messaging.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.
- Create compelling brand stories and communication strategies.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Guide creative campaigns and ensure they align with the brand vision.




- Identify market opportunities and recommend strategies to strengthen brand presence.
- Monitor brand performance and suggest improvements based on market trends.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in brand strategy, branding, or marketing.
- Strong understanding of branding, consumer psychology, and market positioning.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience working with fashion, retail, lifestyle, or luxury brands is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- A creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
