Role: Tender Management and Submission

Key Responsibilities:

- Search, track, and study tenders from platforms like GeM, IREPS, IOCL, BHEL, etc.
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial documentation as per tender requirements.
- Ensure timely online submission of tenders through various e-tender portals.
- Track tender announcements, corrigenda, and deadlines.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, revisions, and clarifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, estimation, legal) to gather required documentation.
- Upload and manage supporting documents such as PAN, GST, MSME, balance sheets, experience certificates, etc.
- Prepare and upload tender documents as per client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical & commercial inputs.
- Maintain records and update submission status.
- Basic skills in MS Word, Excel, PDF handling & internet browsing.
