Role: Area Sales Manager
CTC: ₹4–7 LPA
Industry: Ceramic | Tiles | Sanitary Ware | Building Materials
What You'll Do
Expand and strengthen our dealer/distributor network
Drive sales with builders, contractors, and real estate developers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Manage dealer relationships and collections
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Coordinate branding and promotional activities
We're Looking For
✔2–7 years of experience in Tiles, Sanitary Ware, Paints, Cement, Pipes, or other Building Material sales
✔Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔MBA preferred (Bachelor's degree mandatory)
✔ Willingness to travel across Bihar
