About the Role : We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our finance department. You will manage daily financial transactions, assist in accounts preparation, and work closely with the management team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Bookkeeping & Accounting: Record daily transactions, post journal entries, and maintain accurate general ledgers in accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime/ERP 9, Zoho Books).
- Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor invoices, manage employee reimbursements, and track outstanding customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Statutory Compliance: Assist with the calculation, filing, and reconciliation of GST and TDS.
- Payroll & Petty Cash:



Maintain petty cash records and assist with monthly payroll processing.
- Reporting: Compile daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and support the Senior Accountant during month-end closures.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master’s degree in Commerce/Finance (m.com).
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in corporate accounting.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Tally, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and GST portals.
- Soft Skills: Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solver.
- Availability: Must be an immediate joiner or able to join within 0-5days.
