- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC and ACMV systems.
- Operate, inspect, and maintain AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, VRV/VRF systems, Split ACs, Package Units, and Ventilation Systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults in compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, and control systems.
- Monitor temperature, humidity, and ventilation parameters.
- Check refrigerant pressure, identify leaks, and perform gas charging when required.
- Clean and replace air filters, coils, ducts, and condensate drain lines.
- Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and equipment records.
- Coordinate with supervisors for major repairs and spare part requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and use appropriate PPE while working.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and support uninterrupted facility operations.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
