Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily production activities in the textile/fabric manufacturing unit.
- Handle and monitor Jacquard production processes and ensure smooth workflow.
- Plan and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
- Monitor production targets, timelines, and efficiency.
- Ensure fabric production is carried out as per required quality standards.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues and machine-related problems.
- Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments for smooth production operations.
- Monitor wastage, rejection, and production efficiency.
- Maintain daily production reports and records.
- Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, safety guidelines, and production procedures.
- Train, guide, and supervise workers and production staff.
- Ensure proper handling of materials and maintain workplace discipline.
- Report production performance and issues to the Production Manager/Management.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in Textile/Fabric Manufacturing Industry.
- Experience in Jacquard Fabric Production is preferred.
- Good knowledge of textile production processes and fabric manufacturing.
- Experience in manpower handling and production planning.
- Good problem-solving and team management skills.
- Ability to achieve production targets while maintaining quality.
- Robust coordination and communication skills.
- Candidates with experience in Textile Mills, Fabric Manufacturing, or Jacquard Production Units will be preferred.
