P&M; Electronics is an R2v3-certified electronics reuse and recycling business located in California. We are seeking a remote specialist to help develop IT asset-disposition and electronics-recycling contracts while maintaining organized R2 compliance documentation.

Responsibilities:

Research schools, government agencies, healthcare organizations and businesses with retired electronics.
Identify procurement, IT, facilities and sustainability contacts.
Conduct professional email and telephone outreach.
Register the company in government and corporate vendor portals.
Find and monitor RFP, RFQ and electronics-recycling opportunities.
Prepare proposals, capability statements and customer presentations.
Maintain the sales pipeline and follow-up calendar.
Organize R2 procedures, training records, downstream-vendor files and audit evidence.
Track certificates, expiration dates, corrective actions and required documentation.
Provide a weekly report of calls, leads, meetings, bids and compliance tasks.

Required qualifications:




Excellent written and spoken English.
At least two years of B2B lead generation, compliance documentation, ITAD, recycling or reverse-logistics experience.
Experience contacting U.S. organizations.
Strong Excel, Google Workspace, CRM and online-research skills.
Ability to work at least four hours overlapping with California business hours.
Reliable computer, internet connection and professional calling environment.

Preferred qualifications:
R2v3 or electronics-recycling experience.
ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 experience.
Experience with government bids and vendor registrations.
Knowledge of data sanitization, chain of custody, downstream vendors and IT asset tracking.
Experience preparing documentation for external audits.

Pay: ₹91,600.00 - ₹115,000.00 per month
