Job Summary

Good Dreams Consultancy is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining our immigration services, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company-provided data.
- Handle inbound inquiries related to work visas, study visas, visitor visas, and immigration services.
- Explain the immigration process and company services professionally.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for immigration counselors.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
- Update client details and call records in the CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the counseling and documentation teams.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while dealing with clients.

Eligibility

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.




- Experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or immigration consultancy will be preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and Basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).

Working Days & Timings

- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sunday: Off
