Position: Branch Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Branch Sales Manager to oversee the complete operations of our Ahmedabad branch. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in branch management, team leadership, face-to-face client counseling, and achieving sales targets. The candidate must be capable of handling multiple responsibilities while ensuring smooth branch operations and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee complete branch operations.

Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the branch sales team.

Conduct face-to-face counseling with clients and convert inquiries into successful sales.

Handle both hot and cold leads effectively and ensure maximum conversions.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and support.

Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and branch performance reports.

Coordinate with management for operational planning and business development.

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs,



and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Branch Management, Sales, or Team Handling.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent face-to-face counseling and communication skills.

Sound knowledge of sales processes, client handling, and branch operations.

Experience in handling hot and cold leads.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Job Details

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Training: 7–15 days in Chandigarh (Unpaid)

Accommodation, Meals & Travel: Provided by the Company during the training period.

Salary: Salary will commence after successful completion of the training and joining at the Mumbai branch.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Monday to Friday rotational off, Saturday and Sunday working.

Employment Agreement: 2-Year Service Agreement is mandatory

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
