Role Overview

We're hiring an Investor Relations Executive/Manager to drive investor engagement, capital raising, and relationship management across Private Equity, Pre-IPO, Unlisted Equity, and Alternative Investment opportunities. This role suits someone who understands private markets, communicates with confidence at the HNI/UHNI level, and wants to build a serious career in alternative investments rather than just sell a product.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire investors and drive sales of Unlisted Equity and Pre-IPO investment opportunities
- Build and manage long-term relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and Wealth Managers
- Source deals, generate leads,



and execute transactions end-to-end — from prospecting to closure
- Achieve revenue targets while maintaining full regulatory compliance and a high-quality client experience

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate, with 2-3 years of relevant experience in unlisted equity, pre-IPO, or wealth advisory
- Prior experience at platforms such as Unlisted Kraft, Unlisted Bazaar, Planify, or similar pre-IPO/unlisted equity firms preferred
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
