Sales Lead – Healthcare AI

We are looking for a driven field sales professional who enjoys meeting customers, building relationships, and introducing innovative healthcare technology to the market.

What You’ll Do

· Develop new business opportunities across hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centres.

· Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.

· Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to contract closure.

· Work closely with technology and operations to ensure successful customer onboarding.

· Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.

· Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts.

· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.

· Collaborate with product team to develop new product features

Required Qualifications

· 2–5 years of B2B sales experience.

· Experience selling at least one of the following:





· Healthcare software/ Hospital Information Systems (HIS)

· Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR)

· Digital health platforms/ Healthcare SaaS

· Medical imaging software/ Medical devices with software components

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Comfortable engaging with CXOs, hospital management, and clinical stakeholders.

· Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Experience

· Experience working with hospitals or diagnostic chains.

· Understanding of healthcare workflows and regulations.

· Experience selling enterprise SaaS or subscription-based products.

· Existing network within the healthcare industry is a strong advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
