Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Job Summary

QSA Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be well-organized, and have hands-on experience in HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate onboarding, and employee induction.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee evaluations.
- Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS for management.
- Coordinate training and employee development programs.
- Manage exit formalities, full & final settlement,



and documentation.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- 2–5 years of HR experience.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and HRMS software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and labor law compliance is preferred.
