- B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Valid certification in AutoCAD, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management is an added advantage.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to supervise day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality execution, monitor project progress, and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver projects within timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities Site Execution

- Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and contractors for smooth execution.
- Verify layout, levels, dimensions, and alignment before execution.

Quality Control

- Ensure construction quality complies with project specifications and applicable standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and identify defects or deviations.
- Monitor material quality and workmanship.
- Prepare quality checklists and inspection reports.

Project Planning & Monitoring

- Track daily work progress against project timelines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.




- Identify project risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project managers for resource planning.

Material Management

- Estimate material requirements based on project schedules.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Verify delivered materials against purchase orders and specifications.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely availability of materials.

Contractor Management

- Supervise contractors and subcontractors.
- Verify work completion for billing purposes.
- Ensure manpower productivity and adherence to project schedules.

Safety Compliance

- Ensure all construction activities follow company safety policies.
- Conduct toolbox talks and monitor PPE compliance.
- Report unsafe conditions and coordinate corrective actions.

Documentation

- Maintain site registers, measurement books, and work records.
- Prepare RA bills, BOQs, DPRs, and progress documentation.
- Maintain records of inspections, approvals, and project correspondence.

Client & Consultant Coordination

- Attend site meetings with clients and consultants.
- Resolve technical queries during execution.
- Implement consultant instructions within project timelines.

Required Skills:-
Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of RCC,



finishing, masonry, and structural works.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.
- Familiarity with IS Codes and construction standards.
- Understanding of QA/QC procedures and construction methodologies.

Software Skills
