Job Summary

Capsurance Insurance Broker Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Underwriter with expertise in Employee Benefits (EB) and/or Non-Employee Benefits (Non-EB). The ideal candidate will be responsible for underwriting, insurer coordination, quotation management, policy placement, and providing technical support to the business team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle underwriting for EB and/or Non-EB products.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, negotiations, and policy placement.
- Analyze client requirements and prepare underwriting submissions.
- Compare quotations and recommend suitable coverage.
- Manage policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and servicing.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with insurers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely turnaround and quality service to clients.

Employee Benefits (EB):

- Group Mediclaim (GMC)
- Group Personal Accident (GPA)
- Group Term Life (GTL)
- Other Employee Benefits products





Non-Employee Benefits (Non-EB):

- Fire
- Marine
- Engineering
- Liability
- Miscellaneous

Eligibility

- 3–8 years of experience in underwriting.
- Experience in EB, Non-EB, or both will be considered.
- Prior experience with an Insurance Broker or Insurance Company is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of underwriting processes and insurance products.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Qualification

- Graduate (Insurance certifications will be an added advantage.)
