Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, salary processing, and full & final settlements.
- Assist in statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, Labour Law, and other HR-related compliance.
- Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.




- Coordinate joining and exit formalities.
- Maintain HR MIS reports and prepare monthly HR reports.
- Support performance management, training, and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
- Basic knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, and HR Operations.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- Hands-on experience with HRMS, payroll software, and statutory compliance.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a rapid-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
