Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team effectively
- Achieve individual & team targets
- Monitor daily performance & reporting
- Train and motivate team members
- Handle customer escalations professionally
- Ensure conversions and business growth
Requirements:
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in sales/finance (preferred)
- Ability to handle pressure and deliver results
- Malayalam & basic English required
