Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for doctors, nurses, paramedical, administrative, and support staff.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs while ensuring HR operations run smoothly.
- Ensure compliance with hospital HR policies, labour laws, and accreditation standards like NABH/JCI.
- Coordinate training programs, CME sessions, and development activities, while maintaining training records.




- Support employee relations and engagement initiatives.
- Assist in performance management, appraisals, and preparation of HR reports and MIS for management review.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: MBA in HR/ MHA
Experience: 2 - 5 years relevant experience as a generalist role in a hospital/ healthcare institution is essential.

- Working knowledge in an NABH accredited hospital is desired.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and HRIS tools is an added advantage.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge in multiple languages is expected.
