We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to support hiring for IT & technical roles, including RPA, QA, Automation, and Development positions.
Freshers with internship experience in Recruitment / HR are welcome!
Key Responsibilities :
- Source and screen candidates for IT roles
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Skills Required:
- 0–1 year of IT / Technical Recruitment experience
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, and job portals
- Robust communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
Only Mumbai-based candidates will be considered
Notice Period: Immediate joiner or Maximum 15–20 days
