Job Summary :

Shah TC is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive - New Business Development to support our Sales & Business Development team. We are seeking candidates preferably from the pharmaceutical industry who have experience in business development support, lead management, customer coordination, and data handling.

Key Responsibilities :

· Manage and track inbound and outbound business leads through various channels.

· Interact with customers to understand their requirements and ensure timely follow-ups.

· Coordinate with the Sales & Business Development team regarding lead allocation and lead status updates.

· Maintain accurate customer and lead databases.

· Prepare and maintain MIS reports, lead trackers, and business dashboards.

· Analyze lead conversion and follow-up data to support business decisions.

· Ensure timely updates of customer interactions and lead progress in the CRM system.





· Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of business requirements.

· Support management with periodic reports, analytics, and operational data.

· Maintain high standards of data accuracy and confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

· Candidates from the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry will be preferred.

· 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Management, Sales Coordination or Customer Coordination.

· Strong customer communication, presentation and persuasion skills

· Excellent data handling, documentation and analytical skills.

· Hands-on experience in CRM management and MIS reporting.

· Candidates from the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry will be preferred.

· Experience working on SAP and Salesforce CRM will be an added advantage.

· Candidates with strong MIS reporting, Excel proficiency, and data management skills will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
