We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export Executive to manage end-to-end export operations, documentation, logistics coordination, and customer communication. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in export documentation, freight coordination, billing processes, and compliance with international trade regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with import and export laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare, verify, and manage export documentation, including Bills of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Shipping Bills, and other statutory documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and logistics partners for timely dispatch of shipments.
- Negotiate freight charges and coordinate applicable duties, taxes, and transportation costs.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery while resolving logistics-related issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and overseas clients regarding shipment status, documentation, and order updates.
- Draft professional emails and maintain clear correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the billing cycle, including invoice preparation, verification, and coordination with finance teams.
- Monitor customer feedback, address concerns,
and implement corrective actions to improve service quality.
- Support business development initiatives by monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities to enhance export performance.
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions and ensure documentation is audit-ready.
- Provide operational guidance and support to team members when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in export documentation, international logistics, or export operations.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, customs regulations, and export documentation.
- Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and logistics service providers.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong email drafting abilities.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
