Responsibilities

- Develop and manage recreational programs, events, and activities
- Supervise recreation staff, instructors, coaches, and vendors.
- Create schedules for activities, facilities, and staff.
- Manage budgets, supplies, and equipment purchases, if any.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and facility policies
- Coordinate community outreach and promotional activities
- Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and participation data.
- Maintain recreational facilities and ensure cleanliness and safety
- Managing Vendor management, camps, Classes , and special events.
- Life guarding certification is a must for safety rules and pool regulations
- Respond to emergencies, water rescues, and first aid situations
- Handle customer service issues and participant concerns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
